Organizations are finding it increasingly cost effective to keep employees with disabilities on the job. Factors such as the rising cost of insurance, disability benefits, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) encourage employers to keep employees working. When an employee has a chronic and progressive disability, staying on the job can present a challenge.
