Employment Retention Services |
An Employment Retention Service for Employees with Disabilities & Their
Employers
Organizations are finding it increasingly cost effective to keep employees
with disabilities on the job. Factors such as the rising cost of insurance, disability
benefits, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) encourage employers to keep
employees working. When an employee has a chronic and progressive disability, maintaining
their job can sometimes be a challenge.
Some of the disability groups we have successfully served include the
following:
- Multiple sclerosis
- Lupus
- HIV/AIDS
- Complications of cancer
- Arthritis
- Stroke
|
- Chronic mental health disabilities
- Heart
- Respiratory disease
- Chronic back injury
- Chronic pain
- Progressive visual or hearing disabilities
|
These conditions change an employee's ability to work and may require
workplace accommodations and follow-along services.
Visit the For Employers
section for more information on how MRC can assist employers in keeping these employees
productive.
