Introduction to PC’s /Windows XP: Introduces students to computer terminology, software, hardware, basic applications, mouse applications, file management, accessories program, start-up folders, short cuts on desktop, and customizing computer.

Introduction to Word 2000: Open, save, edit, create, run spelling/grammar check, print, print preview, header/footers.

Introduction to Excel 2000: Open, close, save, edit, filling (shortcut to creating list), editing cells, moving around documents, highlighting, find/replace.

Introduction to Outlook 2000: Using Internet e-mail, set-up new profile for new e-mail account, add new accounts to existing accounts. Using and managing messages using inbox. Create calendars and journals.

Intermediate Word 2000: Complex edits, formatting, tables, text enhancement, move & copy, copying between documents, mail merge, envelopes.

QuickBooks 2007: Learning accounting basics, working with lists, forms, registers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, financial reports & graphs, using bank accounts to write checks and make deposits.

Advanced Microsoft Office: Covers advance features of Word, Excel and Access. Word covers mail merge, forms, large documents, macros, customizing toolbars and using XML. Excel covers advanced formulas, list management, PivotTable, PivotCharts, exporting, importing, macros, and interactive web pages. Access covers advanced queries, query with SQL, macros, importing, exporting, data base management, and security fundamentals.

Webmaster 101: Introduction to web page design using HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) and CCS (Cascading Style Sheets), overview of skills required for most Webmaster roles, usability design, project management, implementation and commercialization.
