MRC has been placing consumers with disabilities or other barriers to employment in positions ranging from entry-level to professional since 1973. Through our close relationship with business and industry, we have established a network of hundreds of employers who know they can obtain qualified job candidates from us. MRC placement staff follow each consumer for 6 months post-placement.

Individualized Placement–This service is provided for all consumers to provide them with the support they need to find the right job.

Intensive Phone Support–This service is offered for consumers placed either through MRC Employment Services or by another organization. It is an optional service that intensifies MRC's regular follow-along service during the first 30 days of employment. This service is offered to give consumers the extra support they may need when starting a new job.

Internet Basics for the Job Seeker Training–All consumers working with MRC to secure employment are eligible to receive the free 4-hour Internet Basics for the Job Seeker Training provided at MRC’s Minneapolis location.
