RESOURCE Minnesota Resource Center Twin Cities Retention & Disability Services

RESOURCE Minnesota Resource Center began offering job-retention support to consumers through Certified Extended Employment Services in 1987 and added a full range of support services in 1991.

Worksite Support provides assistance with time time management, checklists, written instruction sheets, interpersonal and communication skills, attendance, punctuality, travel and day care issues as well as workstation ergonomics and software training.

Case Management Services/Staying On the Job provides third-party coaching by an MRC Retention Specialist on matters related to the Americans with Disabilities Amendment Act (ADAAA), indepth assessments of esential job functions and written recommendations on accommodation needs for the employer and employee.

Extended Employment (EE) provides on-the-job support after short-term job coaching has ended. EE is funded through a contract with the State of Minnesota.
