MRC Twin Cities Employment Services
MRC has placed individuals with disabilities or other barriers to employment into employment since 1973.
Placement Services are customized to fit the needs of each consumer. Services include Job Readiness Skill Building Packets, job clubs, employment-related discussions and one-to-one counseling. Consumers placed through MRC are followed post-placement to ensure job stability.
Ticket to Work (TTW) is a program to assist Social Security Beneficiaries with obtaining permanent employment. MRC is an EN (Employment Network) for the TTW (Ticket to Work) Program and secures tickets for Social Security Beneficiaries who are looking for employment.
MRC uses the expertise of its 70+ business partner members to assist with placing consumers.
