During each of MRC’s tiered courses, students are evaluated, not only on the technical skills they are acquiring, but also on their workplace and interpersonal skills. Curriculum for the Tier Training Courses is pre-designed and offered on a regular schedule and in a structured classroom environment. Class size is between 8 and 16 students and is instructor led.
- Customized Training Courses are designed specifically for a group or population and may vary in length from 20 to 500 hours. Curriculum components for each Customized Training Course are chosen to specifically fit the needs of the group or population being trained and may include technical coursework, interpersonal coursework or both. Customized Training Courses are scheduled as purchased and offered in a structured classroom environment. Class size is between 2 and 22 students and is instructor led.
- Individualized Training Services are offered one-to-one for students who either prefer individualized training or learn best in a one-to-one environment. Coursework is customized to fit the needs of the learner and is instructor led.
- Training Seminars are short-term training courses designed to help students develop technical, interpersonal or combined skills on limited training components that range in length from 4 – 16 hours. Curriculum for Training Seminars can be either pre-designed or customized to fit the needs and desires of the students and offered in a structured classroom environment. Class size is between 2 and 16 students.
